Paulette van Vliet
PHYSIOTHERAPIST, PAULETTE VAN VLIET, PHD, MSC, BACHELOR OF APPLIED SCIENCE PHYSIOTHERAPY
Paulette brings her expertise in neurological rehabilitation, offering treatment for people with stroke, brain injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, Functional Motor Disorder, and other neurological conditions.
Not only is Paulette an accomplished and experienced physiotherapist, she has a PhD and continues to do research as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Canberra. Her ongoing contribution to knowledge about maximising outcomes from neurological rehabilitation is significant and she is currently leading a multicentre randomised controlled trial to compare the effectiveness of task-specific training vs usual care to improve arm function after stroke.
Keiran Lawson
Physiotherapist, Bachelor of Health Sciences, Master of Physiotherapy
Keiran has expertise in neurological rehabilitation, including treatment for people with stroke, brain injury, vestibular dysfunction, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinsons Disease, and other neurological conditions. He uses a wide range of techniques and measurements to improve function and quantify progress
Sammantha Francis
Therapy Assistant, Cert IV in Allied Health Assistance (Physiotherapy)
Sam is our highly skilled and enthusiastic therapy assistant who will take you through your physiotherapy prescribed exercise programme. She will keep you motivated and guide you when you are practising with the fun rehab technology devices. Sam also has an additional role in our team as Practice Administrator, and is currently studying for her Cert IV in Medical Administration.
Luke Stait
Exercise Physiologist, Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology
Luke will use his expertise in exercise physiology to look after your strength and fitness to help you achieve your functional goals.
Monica Janik
Physiotherapist
Monica joined the team in early 2023 with a strong desire to specialize within Neurological Physiotherapy. Monica draws upon her broad range of experience within Physiotherapy practice, gained whilst working in rural Queensland. She has a keen interest in all neurological conditions, however particularly enjoys the unique challenges of Stroke and Cerebral Palsy management. Monica will lead our expansion into Paediatrics' in the near future.
Emma Egginton
Bachelor of Physiotherapy
Emma joined the clinic in 2025, bringing valuable musculoskeletal experience gained through years in private practice. She is also an Accredited Women’s Health physiotherapist and an Accredited Lymphoedema practitioner. She has a keen interest in neurological rehabilitation and is passionate about providing individualised, evidence-based care to help clients improve function, regain independence and achieve their personal goals.
Oscar Bath
Clinical Exercise Physiologist
Oscar is our newest Clinical Exercise Physiologist with a strong commitment to delivering evidence-based, client-centred care. He is particularly passionate about supporting individuals with a wide range of neurological conditions and strives to empower clients through personalised exercise programs designed around their abilities, goals, and everyday challenges.
Hayley Cawthorne
Administration
Hayley makes up part of our administration team, joining us in January 2024. With 20+ years of Customer Service under her belt, Hayley prides herself on making all feel at ease and well looked after, welcoming you with warm smile on each visit. Hayley moved to Australia from the UK in 2012, now calling the Central Coast home with her husband, 2 sons and fur baby.

Practice Manager
Haylee became a member of our team in 2025. Her commitment to enhancing administrative efficiency and the patient experience underscores her vital role in addressing our practice's expanding needs. With a leadership style that is both supportive and motivating, she promotes a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Haylee combines her nursing background with a genuine passion for patient care. She was drawn to join our team by the welcoming environment we nurture, where our patients feel appreciated and understood.
